Great experience buying my white/gray Herman Miller chair. The chair has held up almost 1 year now with no issues! I liked that I got to go into the store and pick the chair I wanted. When I bought it, there were no issues with the chair and very very light marks on it that didn't bother me.

Great place to pick up an office chair. The employees are very knowledgeable and polite—exactly what I needed. They helped me to quickly narrow down a chair that fits my needs (which was priced very competitively). My back is already feeling better after just a few hours of usage. We worked with Tom's Discount Furniture on several projects for our office. I had the opportunity to work with both Bill and Tom. Bill helped me design our 10 person used cubicle configuration. We also purchased several new pieces to furnish our conference rooms, break rooms, and offices. The install team (Jose and Nick) were top notch. They were very prompt and reliable. Not only was the pricing the best in the bay area, their entire team was fantastic to work with. Bill and Tom were exceptional throughout this process and till today we continue to buy furniture pieces from them.
